The boy looked down the stairs. He felt compelled to by some unknown force. He didn`t know why he did so, it was as if he was levitating out of bed to the downstairs kitchen. When he reached the first stair, the dark void of the bottom stared back at him and put a twinkle of fear in the his eyes, yet he was still being invited by the warm feeling the darkness gave him. As he crept down the stairs, the empty blackness swallowed him and made him walk further and further into it. Yet he could still feel the warm glow of it.
